"Marta presented at yesterday’s Women in Leadership event to a group of 30 people. The event included four internal speakers of which she was one sharing their stories of lifestyles, cultural norms, gender differences and workplace challenges in their home countries. She was well-prepared and charming; telling an engaging story that provided insight into her country and background.
There was great feedback on this event to include one attendee indicating it was the best WIL event she has attended.

Designing for a Purpose
Built a team and led the end-to-end site redesign for the PLGA Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to advancing more effective, less toxic treatments for childhood brain cancer, enhancing their online presence to better support their mission.
Community Volunteer
Active volunteer as a children's advocate with local organizations, including Guardian ad Litem (GAL), Young Dream Chasers Girls Club, Museum, of Discovery and Science, and Kids in Distress (KID).
